Compressors* — used commonly in ACs and refrigeration:

The compression mechanism is key to performance and mainly includes two types: 1. **Scroll Compressor**: The fixed and orbiting scroll plates engage in an involute motion. The orbiting plate revolves around the main shaft, creating sealed chambers with varying volumes. Refrigerant is drawn in from the outer edge, compressed to high pressure at the center, and discharged. The zero-clearance design significantly enhances compression efficiency. 2. **Piston Compressor**: The crankshaft converts the
